Prices

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). We work to keep prices and product details
accurate. If we find an error affecting your order, we will contact you before dispatching it, and you
may cancel for a full refund.

Our products

Our items are handcrafted, and some use natural materials. Small variations in colour, size and finish
between individual pieces are normal and are not faults. Photographs are taken in natural light, and
screens differ, so colours may look slightly different in person.

Placing an order

Completing checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept your order and dispatch
it. We may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, or we cannot deliver to your
address — and if we do, we refund any payment in full.

Payment

We currently accept direct bank transfer only. Our account details are shown on the
order confirmation page and repeated in your order email. Orders are held for 5 business days awaiting
payment; if funds have not arrived by then we may cancel the order and release the stock. We dispatch
once payment clears.

Rates and timeframes are set out on our Shipping and Delivery
page.

Returns

See our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your
rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your account

If you create an account, please keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity
that happens under it, and should tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

Reviews you post

If you leave a product review, you confirm it is your genuine opinion and that you have the right to
share anything included in it. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photographs, logo and design — belongs to Organise My Decor or is
used with permission. Please do not reproduce it commercially without asking us first.

Liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Apart from
those guarantees, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published here at the
time you place it.
